The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 大陸相聲社團「德雲社」即將來台演出！這也是相聲大師郭德綱及于謙老師睽違兩年再度訪台。他們好笑又逗趣的互動，每每讓人笑破肚皮，今（4日）主辦單位Ime也宣布，德雲社將於10月3日在TICC演出。
德雲社是中國最著名的大型專業相聲社團之一，以「讓相聲回歸劇場」做「真正的相聲」為宗旨表演，2011年時，德雲社在北展劇場開闢新形式，用方言以及話劇和相聲混搭方式，為觀眾演繹從清朝、民國到新大陸成立後的各種風格流派相聲。
他們多年來因演出不少傳統節目，在各地闖出響亮名聲，巡迴票房每每亮眼。現在郭德綱及于謙也將把精彩的新段子帶來台灣，要在10月3日笑破你肚皮。
